United Freeway Transportation
The brokerage where I learned to run a company.
I co-founded United Freeway Transportation in October 2021 and led it as CEO until February 2026. I remain a member of its board of directors. The company moved vehicles for customers across the United States, with its operations team in Samarkand working U.S. business hours.
I built the team, hired and trained dispatchers and sales agents, and set up the full brokerage cycle from lead to dispatch. What I learned in Sales Doctor in 2023 and the TOP CEO program in 2024 went straight into how we ran the business.
UFT is where Carlink began. Every day we saw how much time the team lost moving between disconnected tools.
